How do I get the masters from the first five chapters of my Book to sync with Chapter 6?

How do I get the masters from the first five chapters of my Book to sync with Chapter 6?  Page numbers, style sheets, etc.

Make sure all the masters have the same EXACT name.

Under the Book file, under Synchronize options, do you have Master Pages checked? It's not checked by default. If checked, it will synchronize when you set the master document to sync to in the Book file.
