How to apply padding to a paragraph when it wraps around an image

I have an inline image with "text-wrap" applied to it (sort of like how "float" works in CSS), but the text to the right of the image is touching the image and I want to give it a little bit of padding. How do I do that?

@UX Effects You can use the text wrap dialogue box settings and set different padding to each side.
