How to avoid auto generated hyperlink in interactivePDF ?

Hi, my document contains URLs as plain texts. I need to export it in interactive PDF.
Then all plain text URLs are hyperlinked. How to remove this?

What I tried are
- insert "hair space" before and after www. and http:

- Zero-Width-Space for www. and org.  (I found the same topic here, but did not work : https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign-discussions/remove-auto-generated-hyperlink-in-interactivepd...)

- Styled with `` (ex. www.instagram.com to `www.instagram.com`)

- non break character for a URL

My documents contains hyperlinked URLs too, therefore removing all hyperlinks doesn't work in this case.
I had a look hyperlink panel also, but there is no link in InDesign. Only when it is exported in interactive PDF.
Thank you in advance 🙂

Have you tried exporting as a print PDF? Honestly, there is not much you can do if you've tried the rest of that stuff. It's not an InDesign thing so much as a PDF reader thing.

And there are too many PDF readers with too many user preferences to even spend too much time trying to do much about it.

Thank you for your response. I got that it is not about InDesign.
I need this document as digital format.
So in the end I insert small dot same colour as the background. It looks fine:)

@Aya0883

Most PDF readers automatically recognise and convert plain-text URLs into clickable links.

Outlining should work - as long as PDF viewer won't do OCR 😉
