How to deactivate computer I no longer have

New Here ,
Nov 05, 2025 Nov 05, 2025

I am installing to a new computer. Launching app says I have reached my limit of 2. I only have one other, so the second has to be a computer I no longer have. When I go to the Adobe web page to see activated computers it says I have none registered. How can I resolve this?

I would try logging out of Cloud and logging back in. Something may be sideways with your credential which no one here can help with - that's Adobe Support. When I've logged in on multiple machines, I'm prompted to log out of another.

This post is marked correct. Does that mean the OP solved _their_ issue?
