How to fix issue tracking and leading in text box when placing in pages

Hello, I'm having issues with my text box changing the tracking and leading after placing it on the page. How can I fix this? Image 2 is how I want my text box to look, and Image 1 is the issues I'm having.

1. Wok with paragraph styles without overrides.
2. is any paragraph styles applied in the used object styles.
3. Has one of the text frames been scaled before.
4. does the first frame ignore text wrap and the other not?

I checked the suggestion you gave me, and it was indeed my paragraph styles that were applied to the new text box. Thank you!
