How to make reactive pdfs

Could someone help.

I want to make a pdf such that

like i made a pdf of map

i want it to be made such that putting mouse pointer on any state shows its description like some webpages

but i dont want to be like a link that opens some site for info each time clicked

pls help

You might get a better interactive document outputting via InDesign's Publish Online facility.

It's not PDF, it's HTML5 and it can be read on any device with a HTML5 browser - Mac, PC, Tablet and Smart Phone.  Also, you can enable it so the reader can download a (static) PDF version.

Yes, as Derek says, you'd be better off using Publish Online if possible. It creates an interactive document that can be viewed in any browser on any device, and you already have it! Here are many great examples you can see on each page of this document: http://bit.ly/PubOnCollection
