I have a book with frames of photos on pages but spaces between frames are different sizes. Is there a way to quickly make all spaces the same size between all frames on the page?

@jmlevy nailed it with the alignment/distribute feature. If this doesn't quite work for your needs (if changing spacing changes the overall position on the page too much) you could also use Document Grid, probably with the grid spacing set fairly coarsely, and quickly move all the images on each page into a pleasing, even alignment within the margin boundaries etc.

The document grid is under View | Grids & Guides, and you can set its values under Edit | Preferences | Grids.
