How to recover InDesign file?

Lost a days work as my post covid brain fogot to hit CTRL<S>... I believe Indesign autosaves every minute .. but I've no idea how to get to it?? If it exists .. any help on this??

Sorry, but the recovery is only available for a crash or a power outage, not if you closed InDesign without saving.
