Those are either Bookmarks, Hyperlinks or Cross-References - Interactive elements - why would you want to delete them?

 

You could probably execute everyItem().getElements() on each collection to delete them - there is 7 - but I'm on my phone so can't give you working code.

Assuming these aren't cross-references generated in InDesign but simply junk imported from Word, then a simple find-and-delete all for <FEFF> should work.
