How to set up document for A3 into DL?

Hi all, 

I'm using a template for a document that's A3 into DL and where it says this way facing up and the arrow is down, do I design that part of the doc upside down?

Also if someone could explain how this would be folded that would be very helpful 🙂

If you right-click a page or pages in the Pages panel, you can rotate the view.

Also: View > Rotate Spread > ...
