Hyperlink not working for the number in a number list

Hello,
My document have a section contents and I want to have hyperlinks for those contents. I have used a number list style for these contents to make it automatic numbers. When I give hyperlinks, it working only for the list part. For the number, hyperlink is not working. Is there anyway to fix this? Screenshots attached.

When you are done with the layout keep one version with live numbering and in the other version you can convert the numbering to text and apply the hyperlinks to the whole line.
