Hyperlinks not working from smartphone

Hi. I'm new here. 

I don't use indesign often because I switched careers. Currently I have produced a PDF using InDesign with hyperlinks to WWW and to destination text. On laptop they all work,  but on my smart phone only the first weblink works. 

Can anyone advise me why this error is occurring please?

It's probably not working because many PDF readers (especially those for web browsers or mobile devices) have very poor implementations of PDF. Consequently, interactive PDF features are very unreliable on such devices/software.

Are you using Acrobat for the mobile device?

Highly recommend it.
