Hyperlinks to text anchors in seperate interactive pdfs not working Indesign 19.5

Indesign 19.5. Sonoma 14.6.1

For some reason Hyperlinks to text anchors in seperate interactive pdfs doesn't appear to work, if I roll back a version all still working.

Have I missed somthing or is this something that will be addressed in an update?

Actually, it will only work in InDesign 19.3, so 2 versions ago.

This is not the correct answer, this is an observation. Please unmark it and if possible pass these comments on to the relevant adobe department. This is a worrying fact that a major part of the software is not functioning in the latest two versions.

I've reported this as a bug as well as this ask for help, so far, despite 23.3K views no one has offered any support / confirmation that it's a problem that will be looked into or fixed.

Since this is a very important feature of indesign and part of my workflow can any one point me in the direction of who to contact regarding getting this to the relavant people.

Much appreciated any insight.
