I am stumped by grep (again...)

I have tried a few variations, but this is not working.

[\h{\dvxi}+\]    I am trying to find numbers {ddd} in curly brackets up to 3...

can someone please help...

Up to three numbers in curly brackets would be: \{\d{1,3}\}

 

But you have roman numerals in your query. Are you trying to find three roman numerals in curlies?

I notice you tagged "Scripting", If you are writing a script, are you using Indesign's findGrep, or ExtendScript's RegExp? They are a bit different. - Mark
