I can't open the file due to a warning window, despite the library being normal.

is there a way to check if the links are broken in InDesign before opening a file? I keep getting this warning window saying that the source link is broken when I open a file, and I can't even troubleshoot or fix the problem, so I need a way to resolve it before opening the file.

I don't understand why I'm getting this error because I can see the images I need from the file in the library just fine. It's frustrating because it used to work fine, and now it's not working anymore

I figured out that I should use same 19.2 instead of 19.4. some link doesn't work on 19.4.
I'll stick around 19.2 for now.
