I just spent 2.5 hours on tech support share for review crashes on update

after sharing for review updating link will crash InDesing. After 2.5 hours of different techs and remote control of computer the tech left the phone conversation and just quit. Problem not solved. very disturbed.

Would you mind sharing version of the OS & InDesign? Was InDesign crashing while working on a specific document?

If yes, try saving the document as IDML and then work on it.

If it happens while working with all files, you may follow the suggestions here. Let us know if they help.

Share for review does not work if the document is stored on an external hard drive. The artifacts are stored on the computer hard drive. They simply can't communicate. The solution would be to package everything in the same folder with the document like links.
