That is hardly a beginner project. Unless you want to hire a professional, you're going to be in a for a world of pain.

Lots of questions here. What size is the brochure? Do you have a file to start with? Are thes charts in digital format? Can you give a little more information?

I do not have an original file. I am having to build it from scratch.
8.5 x 11in - standard sheet of paper

You can pull up the graph on page 2 to allow more space to place the missing part.

When you do that you cut off the bottom of the information on the first table

Ok I was fiddling with your file a little more. If you make you type smaller, then select the rows 1-60 and go Table > Cell Options > Rows and columns you can fiddle with the row height. But your second table the rows are of different heights so you have to grab 1/2. -2 and play with height then 2 1/2 -12 same thing, the 14-48 for the rest. This will move them up.
just keep going until you have the space you need. The type is going to be tiny.

Has additional data been added? The page size changed? It's entirely possible that the data just doesn't fit in the layout size you're working with.

I have added the additional data and I'm getting errors that the type is too small.

The space you have is the space you have. If you are adding more data to the table than there was in the original version you must either reduce the size of the type or increase the size of the space (larger page size). Did you check the page dimensions of the original brochure?

Might be time to consider going to a larger page size, say 9 x 12.
