Idml file from indexer not transferring with page ranges

I laid out a book and sent the file to an indexer as .idml; she worked on it in Index Manager (a separate piece of software) and sent me back the .idml. The new index and entries are all there but is has lost the page ranges! Any thoughts?

Sorry about the trouble. I would suggest you reach out to the Index Manager support or forum regarding this issue. Also, you can check if this is happening with the previous version of InDesign or index Manager as well or with all.
