image qui saute en exportant un pdf interactif

Bonjour, j'ai mis des liens hypertexte sur des images, mais elle n'apparaissent plus quand j'exporte en pdf interactif. Tous mes visuels sont en RVB + export compression jpg sans perte.
J'ai mis en pièces jointes l'image de mon export et l'image de mon fichier indesign.
Des personnes ont déjà vécu ça ?
