Images failed to export

I have a document in InDesign that is a template and I have imported several images on top of the template. When I go to export the document, it will not include my images that are in the document. Ive tried troubleshooting the issue, but no luck so far. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

You may share screenshots or a small video of your export workflow for better understanding. Please provide the version of OS & InDesign as well. Double-click on the layer that the images are on and in the Layers Options dialog that appears make sure that "Print Layer" is checked.
