Hello,

I'm exporting PDFs from InDesign, then compressing them as Reduced Size or Optimized PDFs. In Chrome, all of the images appear. But in Safari, some of the images disappear. Any ideas? Thank you!

The on board PDF viewers in browsers are notoriously inferior.  Use standalone Acrobat or free Acrobat Reader to proof your files.  Don't use your browser to open PDF.

Alternately, export your images to JPGs or PNG images which can be viewed in any web browser without need for special viewers.
