Importing content on Indesign

Hello, Im having trouble copying content from a word document into my Indesign. I dont understand why this is happening, hope someone can help me finding a solution. Thanks.

To add to others' comments, it's generally best to use the File > Place command for Word docs, not Copy/Paste. You can also use the Import Options, by clicking that option in the Place dialog box. This lets you control whether Word formatting is imported, lets you map Word styles to ID styles, with a host of other controls.
