We are using InDesign v17.2 on our three Windows PCs and when attempting to import a mult-page PDF into a document that is ready to receive the pages in the correct order for imposition with 'Show Import Options' checked and 'All pages' checked, it only imports the previewed page.
It's as though the facility has somehow bugged on the last update, as this is only a recent issue.
Has anyone else experienced this, as all our versions of InDesign are also having this problem.
I have used the Javascript version of the import, but it's relatively basic, and doesn't fulfil our requirement.
Any advice would be appreciated, or maybe have to wait until another update.
Hi Andrew,
this is a new bug with InDesign version 17.2.
Best go back to version 17.1.
Note:
Illustrator files with multiple artboards are also affected.
Placing InDesign document pages from files with multiple pages are not!
Support my bug report at InDesign UserVoice and vote for fixing the issue:
Place multi-page PDF pages: Place Gun will be unloaded after first page is placed to a frame

Hi Uwe
Yes, I've gone back to v17.1 and it's working fine now.
I hope they correct this on the next update!
Thank you
