Impossible de déplacer images et oblet à la souris (rond rouge barré)

Bonjour, j'ai un problème car je ne peux plus déplacer image et texte sur iN DESIGN. Un rond rouge barré me signale que l'action est impossible. Rien n'est vérouillé. J'ai désinstallé l'application, et l'ai réinstallé, même problème. Idem avec un nouveau document. Je ne peux que déplacer les images et textes avec des flêches, ce qui est très long. Pourriez-vous m'aider svp? Merci.

As Robert mentioned, we are seeing similar issues reported across multiple threads. Some users are on Windows, while others are on macOS. When you refer to a PC, do you mean Windows OS? Are you using Windows 11? Additionally, are you using multiple screens (such as an external monitor)?

Please check if you have recently updated your Windows and if the update KB5050094 is installed. If it is, try uninstalling the Microsoft cumulative update KB505009

What platform, OS and InDesign versions? 

 

There are other posts with exactly the same problem - and I think this bug has been introduced with the latest update?

Je suis sur PC. Je ne sais pas si le bug est relatif à la dernière version.

J'ai justement installé la dernière version hier en pensant que cela résoudrait le problème....

Bonjour, la mise à jour a été désinstallée, mais le problème est revenu ce jour. J'avais pourtant désisnstallé toutes les mises à jour. Quand Adobe compte-t-il régler ce problème ? Je ne peux pas travailler sur In design alors que ce logiciel est crucial pour mon activité professionnel.

Je vais essayer. mais je ne suis franchement pas à l'aise de désinstaller des mises à jour windows qui peuvent être essentielles pour le bon fonctionnement de mon ordinateur. Quand Adobe va être adapté ?

Unfortunately, if the problem is with Windows - there is not much Adobe can do.

 

Do not uninstall anything - try REPAIR.

je viens de désisntaller la mise à jour windows mais cela ne fonctionne pas. Je ne peux toujours pas déplacer objet, images et textes.

Mon logiciel IN Design est INUTILISABLE depuis une semaine. je ne peux pas travailler dans ces conditions, et je vais devoir mettre un terme à mon abonnement et passer sur canva ou autre.
