Impossible to work with InDesign

I have the same problem, from today it is impossible to work with InDesign, it continues to give problems.

I have already uninstalled and installed the program, but the problems continue
Indesign version 17.3
MacOs version 12.2.1 (new Macbook pro 14" with one week of work)

- it is not possible to copy and paste an element on the page
- if you duplicate a page, the text is no longer displayed on the new page, you have to scroll the mouse over the text box to see it
- it is not possible to save, the program does not execute the command, even when saving as

 

PS paid cc subscription ...

problem solved I installed the program again (by CC desktop app) and reset the preferences.

Did InDesign work OK with the previous version?

How much RAM and spare hard disk capacity do you have?

Have you tried resetting the InDesign preferences?

By the way, it's ususally best to Place elements into an InDesign document.

answers to questions
1. I installed the program on a new Mac until yesterday it always worked

2. 16G ram 1T ssd available 870G

3. I deleted and reinstalled the program

4. I am working on a document with text, images and linked drawings (external files saved on the mac ssd). It has always worked, but now it freezes and does not save, if I try to close the program even after hours of waiting it remains open. To close it you have to make a forced exit

How did you install InDesign? Did you install it from the CC desktop application, or via transfer from an older computer or some kind of safing disk?

Finally. Do the CC reinstall and than do the remove preferences drill to totally do a clean reset of the app, otherwise this will not work. Thand Default24716795kr3b92 for the right answer. What a drag but it's finally fixed. Running Monterey on a trashcan as an OS referenence.
