In design doesn't start - help!

Hi

Since restarting my computor by lunchtime ( ordered by our IT-department) In design won't start - it just freezes and don't respond. No problem with other programs like Illustrator. Other colleagues have no problems with In design.  I restarted the computor couple of times, downloaded previous editions, cleared serch history,  nothing works. I work in marketing so its urgent to get the programme running, and my IT-department doesn't have a clue...

If nothing works from thes suggestion @Rishabh_Tiwari made then a reinstall could also be tried as a last resort.

When you reinstall InDesign, as has been proposed, I suggest as well as installing the current version of InDesign, you additionally install the previous version, so you might have a fall-back if you continue to have issues with the latest version. It might also be safer to use the Adobe Cleaner Tool to remove the currect and old versions of InDesign before installing again.
