Including InDesign libraries in workspaces

I use workspaces successfully and have no problem with retaining the various palettes and toolboxes as I like them.

But the one thing I never seem to get to work is the workspace remembering which InDesign libraries I want stacked up (on the left-hand side, just to the right of my vertical toolbox). At any given time I usually have three or four projects on the go, I have libraries of regulartly-used elements set up but often when I start InDesign each day that set of libraries has either disappeared or returned in a random floating set, often including old ones I don't require. The workspace selected has not changed and I try resetting as well by selecting the workspace from the Window > Workspace >  menu, bit with no joy.

I'm guessing I'm just missing out one stage somewhere? Any advice appreciated, thank you.
