Do the "collaborators" that you share the InDesign document with for their edits need to have a Creative Cloud license?

Hi @Trish Teeter,

Thanks for reaching us. Collaborators using InCopy on the web (Beta) to edit shared InDesign documents do not need a paid Creative Cloud license. They just need an Adobe ID (free) to access and make edits. Let us know if you have any other questions!

Best,

Abhishek Rao
