InDesgin shortcuts changed last update Version 17.2 (Windows 10 Home) , can't fix downgrade version

For some strange reason all the shortcuts had changed. 

I use a lot of the the shortcut to show or hide the gidelines. For some strange reason it changed to the new shortcut: alt + °

I don't even know there is an ° (degrees) button on my laptop keybord.

Does someone else hase the same problems? Or a sollution to fix this bug?

The normal shortcut was Ctrl + ;

Did you check your keyboard shortcuts under Edit? You can reset them back to default which should resolve.

Yes i've tried this step. It won't resolve the problem.

Even the latest update didn't fix this problem.
