Hola. Espero vuestras noticias, gracias.

Try resetting your preferences:
The easiest way to reset everything is to delete the InDesign preferences: as soon as InDesign starts to boot hold down Shift, Alt, Ctrl (and Apple/Cmd if working on a Macintosh). A dialog will appear asking to delete the InDesign Preferences, select 'Yes' on this dialog.

Reinstalling rarely fixes everything - you can do a complete reinstall using the

Hello. First of all, thank you very much for your help, but unfortunately
it didn't work. I cleared the preferences as you indicated, but the program
keeps bringing back the "general" option just by closing the current
document even if I don't close the program. Greetings.

Did you try the second option?

Hello again. No, I haven't gotten around to it yet. I tried uninstalling
the Indesign app and reinstalling it but that didn't work either. Thank you.

I removed your personal details again - can you please ensure this info is removed before replying again?
As stated in my post - reinstalling doesn't fix everything.
Please try the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool that I linked to already.
Thanks
