InDesign 17.3 GPU redraw issue

InDesign CC 2022 17.3 - multiple users reporting screen redraw issue when opening a document. Resolves with a view change or toggling GPU off and on.

Mac Mini Intel UHD Graphics 630, BenQ monitors attached.

Filed a bug report with Adobe too - but hoping others on here have a solution.
