InDesign crashed this morning due to an apparently damaged file. I restarted. Then it started crashing on trying to launch. I removed InDesign cache file, it still crashed.
CC manager wouldn't update any apps. Uninstalled and reinstalled manager and it would then updated InDesign. It still crashed trying to launch.
I uninstalled and reinstalled InDesign and it's still crashing.
What next?? It's my primary application!!
Thank you

Try resetting your preferences:
The easiest way to reset everything is to delete the InDesign preferences: as soon as InDesign starts to boot hold down Shift, Alt, Ctrl (and Apple/Cmd if working on a Macintosh). A dialog will appear asking to delete the InDesign Preferences, select 'Yes' on this dialog.
