InDesign 2021 freezing immediately after launch on Windows machine

Will your InDesign CC 2021 crash? After the software is opened. Stuck immediately after opening

It cannot be clicked and there is no response.

It can only be forced to end in the task manager.

Sometimes reinstalling will work, but after a while it will be the same problem.

InDesign displays in the task manager:

This uwp process is a process that has been suspended to improve system performance

What os?

What ram,  processor etc.

Try the creative cloud cleaner tool.
