InDesign 2021 randomly crashing on macOS

InDesign 2021 keeps crashing randomly. Its getting quite frustrating now and I have a several deadlines fast approaching. I've attached the crash report

Apple iMac 2020 5K retina 27

CPU: 3.8 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i7

Memory: 72 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

Storage: 2TB SSD

GPU: AMD Radeon Pro 5500 XT 8 GB

I suggest first of all you reset the InDesign preferences.

1) Close InDesign
2) Double click on Adobe InDesign's icon to launch it
3) QUICKLY hold down Ctrl+Alt+Shift. (for Windows) or CTL+OPT+CMD+Shift (for Mac OS X)
4) When a dialog appears, ask you “Delete InDesign Preference Files?” Click Yes.
