InDesign 2022 - Content of text boxes periodically go blank.

I can restore them by scrolling up and down but it is very annoying and time wasting - any advice?

I'm running Monterey 12.1 on M1 Pro

This is a known issue, and Adobe is working on it.

In the meantime, take a look at the suggestions here:

All have been noted as possible workarounds until this is resolved once and for all.
