Indesign 2022 keeps crashing. Im using a macbook pro

Does it crash on a specific file? If yes, export the file as idml, then open this file and resave it. If InDesign crashes more generally, try to reset preferences: quit InDesign and relaunch it while holding down the Shift, Ctrl and Alt keys [Windows], Shift, Ctrl, Alt and Cmd keys [Mac] until you see a warning message asking for confirmation.
