Indd 2022 doesn't apply paragraph styles selected

You're going to have to supply a lot more in the way of detail.

When writing a new text, Indd applies a default font or the previous style from the last § we worked on before and doesn't want to apply the style we select

Do you work with Paragraph Styles?

Is a Character Style selected? Set it to None.

Yes I work with Paragraph Styles and there is no Character Style (it's None). This problem recently appeared (± 2 updates of Indd)

I could add that the table of contents is now sometimes stubborn! It doesn't want to refresh, I don't know why. Well enough to focus on the first issue 😉
