Indesign 2023 issue with fonts and pictures on mac machine

Dears,

I have a problem with Indesign, I also got the version 2023 instead 2024.. but give a look to my file indesign!!!

IMAC system 12.7.4 Monterey!!

I just used after download the original payed plan of Creative Suite 😞

What happened to my font and pictures?
