Indesign 2024 PDF Export Color Profiles

Hi,

When I want to export a PDF from Indesign 2024, I am not offered all color profiles that are installed on my PC in C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color under "Convert to color profile". I am only offered a limited selection.
I have also tested this with Photoshop. The program also cannot access all profiles when exporting PDFs - but strangely enough, Photoshop can access all installed color profiles via "Convert to profile". I am at a loss and need help.

I just tried it here - downloaded an ICC profile. It didn't show up initially.

I closed InDesign and opened it again - it shows up now.
