Hi, my InDesign 2025 intermittently disconnects my PC from the Internet, including access to the local router. However, I can still save data to Synology LUNs, so the Ethernet connection seems to be working properly. When I shut down InDesign, the connection is immediately restored. Any ideas on what might be causing this? Thank you.

Extremely strange...
Are you sure it's disconnecting - or just using it so much, that it looks like you don't have the Internet?
What platform and OS version?
When have you installed InDesign / while CC?
What is the supposed speed from your ISP - to your home / office? Is it a direct or intermediate connection?

I have three computers in the same LAN segment, remaining two is working during this troubles without any problem. And as I wrote, I can't reach router which is in the same segment. And ethernet services is working, I can save my work before Indesign shutdown, so it is some upper layer above ethernet services. And Internet is back immediatelly after ID shutdown.
I am using the latest CZ version of ID 20.2. And this happens only time to time. Let 's say I can work two three days and then Internet stops.
W11 - the latest version including all patches - CZ version. Standard PC, nothing special.

Are you in a corporate environment? Perhaps InDesign is calling out to an Adobe service and IT is detecting the port call as a potential hack. (For example, it might be an Adobe Fonts port issue.)
