Indesign and illustrator not oppening

My indesign and illustrator are not oppening. photoshop, 3d programs everything is working perfect exepct indesign and illustrator. what is happening?

There was a recent update that changed version number. Is it possible you removed InDesign 2020 and are using a shortcut that does not point to InDesign 2021?

what's your version of InDesign?
What's your version of operatings system?
If Mac OS, are you using a machine with the new M1 processor?

I'm Using macOS Mojave.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)

I already tryied to reinstall indesign including old versions.

How much RAM and spare hard disk capacity do you have (16GB RAM recommended min)?

Assuming you have suitable system specs use the Adobe Cleaner Tool to uninstall InDesign and Illustrator and reinstall them again with the recent versions.

I tried to reinstall all of them several times.

But I solved my problem doing the upgrade of the macOS.

Now I'm macOS BIG SUR.

The funy thing is my wireless keybord was just working with cable. and now the bluetooth is working again.

Is all about system update.
