InDesign Beta Update interfering preventing Slack connection

My InDesign Beta app was updated today, and afterward, I couldn't connect to Slack. I had to uninstall the app, which is why I can't report this through the software. I can't use InDesign until this is fixed because my work depends on Slack.

I couldn't find a way to report on Adobe's website. The only option was to report it through the apps help tab.

Do you have the same issue with a stable InDesign version? Or are you on a Windows ARM machine and therefore can only use the beta?

Beta versions are made to find those problems. You should report it to the source ehere you got it. 
If you want to work productive, use a final version.

Willi, there are a lot of users with no choice. The beta is the only way to run InDesign on an ARM-based PC and Adobe has been dragging their feet for way too long on this. They need to support those processors or not.

Meanwhile, it would be helpful if you could provide additional information, such as your machine specifications and operating system version, as this will assist us in pinpointing the problem. Additionally, please attempt to launch your system in Safe Mode with the InDesign Beta to check if Slack connects there. It would also be beneficial to know if Slack only fails in the desktop application or if the web version is also impacted, and whether the issue persists when switching between Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or a mobile hotspot. If you are using any VPN, firewall, or security software, please try disabling them and let us know the outcome.
