InDesign bleed marks for printing in PDF not available when packaging files

Hi community, hope you can help me. Whenever I try to package my end design files my PDF file doesn't show any bleed marks and I don't get an option to add printers marks at all when I'm packaging. Can you please help me figure out how to fix this?

Before you package you have to save a PDF Export Jobsetting. There you can define to show bleedmarks. If such a jobesetting is available you can chosses it, when you package.

But are you aware that bleed marks are not needed in modern workflows? If you have a file with bleed all information are in the PDF file?

Its for an assignment so I have to do it this way unfortnuately and they want it saved as a PDF/ X 4:2008 file. You used to be able to set it when packaging but there is no dialouge box when saving to set the printers marks.

No, in package you can choose only existing presets. Do as I have written above.
