Hi,

Since yesterday, i got this error message when i try to work on InDesign...(attached file)

I can work like 20 seconds, then it's freezing and the software send this error message.

I tried a lot of things, but it doesn't work at all...

- Uninstall / Install
- Try on another computer (RAM : 8Go and 16Go)

- Try with another file

- Run an anti-virus software (Avast) > nothing's wrong

- Run CCleaner

- Disabled CEP

- No Windows Update available

- No Nvidia GeForce Update available

 

I may forgot somethings but I spend 5 hours on this.... I tried almost everything i saw on Google that could solve it...

Did someone had the same issue ?

La première chose à faire est de réinitialiser les préférences. Il faut relancer l'application tout en appuyant simultanément sur Maj, Ctrl, Alt jusqu'à l'apparition du message demandant confirmation.

J'ai essayé mais ça ne fonctionne pas, et un assistant Adobe vient de passer 2h sur mon ordinateur a essayé de résoudre le problème mais il n'y est pas parvenu...
