I tried to open Indesign 2022 app (17.1 version) but it didnt respond me. I stucked at the start page of the application. I tried many solutions on the support page but they were not helpful in my situation. I am trying to solve this problem. Can you help me for this?
We tried these solutions
-I deleted the app and setup again.
-I loged out. And I loged in after that
- I deleted the folders under the AppData
-I tried to run the app in administrator mode
-We checked other indd files but It still continued.
- We deleted old application of InDesign CS6 (8.0 version). And downloaded last version.
I have
-16 GB RAM
-Intel XEON W-2133 3.60Ghz CPU
- NVIDIA Quadro P2000 Graphic card

Usually, when things are not working right you can reset your preferences
The easiest way to reset everything is to delete the InDesign preferences: as soon as InDesign starts to boot hold down Shift, Alt, Ctrl (and Apple/Cmd if working on a Macintosh). A dialog will appear asking to delete the InDesign Preferences, select 'Yes' on this dialog.

If that hasn't worked - then reinstalling rarely fixes the issue
You can use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.
