InDesign cannot move objects on 2nd monitor

Hi gang,

I am reading a lot of user posts about InDesign not being able to move objects on the 2nd monitor.

Is it related to the Windows 11 update KB5050094 patch issue? 

Or is it a cross-platform issue?

Or is it more an InDesign version issue?

Or is it a new issue on its own?

"Yes, I am on InDesign 20.1, Windows 11 24H2. The issue goes away if I scale my monitor to 125% or use click 'E' to move the object."

So looks like both - Windows update affects InDesign - but only some functionality in InDesign is affected?

Both these problems have popped up in numbers at the same time, so it seems they may be related.
