InDesign CC 2018 - Table jumping to next page without filling first page

So I'm trying to create a table that spills over into several pages. However, randomly in the middle of the page, the table will cut off and go to the next page, even though the bounding box stretches across the whole page. I checked for text wraps and everything I can possibly think of. Does anyone have a solution? This happens several times on several different documents.

Hi vigt18122923:

Select the rows in the table and check the settings in Table > Cell Options > Rows and Columns. Could be Row Height but more likely the Keep Options.
