Indesign CC 2019 - missing Workspaces

Hello! I have recently updated to both Mojave and Indesign CC 2019. Every time I start/open a new document, my saved Workspace disappears and I need to reset it every time. Is there a way to fix this??

My workspace was gone also. Uninstalled and reinstalled InDesign CC 2019 and they were back.

Hm. Maybe it did not work reliably enough after implementing new features to the CC Desktop app and CC Libraries?

I am the admin user – main user.
