Indesign CC Libraries - Thumbnails not showing

When I add a new graphic to my CC Library, the thumbnail just shows as the CC libraries icon. How can I fix these so I can see the graphics?

Are you dropping them in from InDesign? Are they linked or embedded in the ID document? Mine is working fine. Have you tried adding images other ways? You can add images in Bridge and you can add images directly through your Creative Cloud app.

I add them directly from InDesign and they are linked. One day it started doing this and I thought it would eventually fix itself because everything previously added still shows thumbnails. Anything I add since that day shows the CC logo. I tried looking in bridge at different settings (thumbnail quality, display speed) etc. but couldn't find anything to fix it.

I've also realized that it is definitely something within my InDesign as my team can see the thumbnails on their end just fine.

I have same issue. I can't see thumbnails in any abobe app, but my cooworkes does't have this issue, even we share same library and same company account.

Hi, I am having the same issue and it only started a couple of months ago. Definitely only my indesign as the rest of my team can see the previews and I can see previews from artwork that I had previously added before a couple of months ago but anything new shows up like above. These are also linked files dragged in from Indesign. Appears the same in all Adobe apps.

So I just created a new library and now the thumbnails are showing again. Maybe I had too many items in one library, but still odd that in the same shared library thumbnails shows for my coworkers and not me? Either way, I guess starting a new library helps?
