Hello,

Working in inDesign 18.4, display performance > 'high quality display' stopped working for me.

My images display fine when selecting 'typical display' or when changing the display performance settings for high quality display to 'proxy'. But when tyring to select 'high quality' from either of those two menus the images become grey boxes.

I can't seem to export to PDF either.

The machine I'm working on is an M1 iMac 24" running OS Ventura. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Somewhat ashamed to admit it, but restarting the computer seemed to have done the trick. Thank you for the thorough troubleshooter!
